Subscription Plan

Our Subscription Plan is typically for businesses that will receive more than 10 messages a month or require the advanced features not included in our Pay As You Go plan.

Your Number

When you signup, we will register an 0845 number unique just for you. This number is yours and you can use it in your marketing or simply divert your phone number to it. If you prefer not to have an 0845 number, we can offer almost any other city prefix, 0870, or free phone number instead. A small fee may apply depending upon the number chosen.

VoiceMail

A mailbox will be created for you and a custom greeting recorded for your business. This system will be automatically enabled out of office hours (9am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri). As well as a facility for your customers to leave you messages out of hours, our staff can also use your mailbox to leave messages for you if you wish.

You can access the voicemail by simply telephoning our system and using the menu system to listen to and delete your messages.

Call Patching

Signing up for the Subscription Plan allows you to take advantage of our call patching facilities. Our staff can patch a call through to you anywhere in the world to any telephone number, landline or mobile. For each call patched through, you will pay a small fee. In addition to the transfer fee, you will also be charged the costs associated with the ongoing leg of the call.

Use Us How You Wish

You may choose to:

• Permanently divert your phone to us. Our staff will act as a reception service and either take messages or patch calls through to your staff as per your request.
• Divert just when you are busy. You may be on the phone or just nipped out.
• Overflow Service. Maybe you are simply using us during those busy times and only divert calls when all your staff are busy.

No matter how you choose to use us, you can be confident and rest assured that our staff will be answering your calls and looking after your customers.

If you wish an alternative number to an allocated 0845 number, these can be provided for a small charge. We can provide numbers for any UK city, some foreign cities, countries and even foreign freephone numbers.
