Pay As You Go Plan

Our PAYG service was developed for customers who mainly just require telephone cover for a limited short period. Howver customers who require a low number of messages to be taken, may also consider this service.

Your Number

When you signup, we will allocate an 01227 number to you, so that you can divert your calls to this number.

VoiceMail

Voicemail is not included in this service. If you require voicemail, please consider our Telephone Answering Subscription service.

Call Patching

Call patching is not included in this service. If you require call patching, please consider our Telephone Answering Subscription service.

Use Us How You Wish

You may choose to:

• Permanently divert your phone to us. Our staff can take messages and pass them onto you via email or SMS.
• Divert just when you are busy. You may be on the phone or just nipped out.
• Overflow Service. Maybe you are simply using us during those busy times and only divert calls when all your staff are busy.

No matter how you choose to use your service, you can be confident and assured that our staff will be answering your calls and looking after your customers.
