Telephone Answering

Our telephone answering services are ideal for small businesses and allow you to become more productive. Do you find yourself in one of the following situations?

  • You are unable to cope with your calls at peak times. Why not the use BT divert service to send your overflow calls to us.

  • You work from home or on your own and require a professional answering service for certain periods of the day.

  • You are self-employed and you are out of the office all day working and you require a permanent reception service.

  • You are an international company and require a UK phone number for a virtual office in the UK.

Many surveys have found that customers are more likely to leave a message with a human than a machine. Whether you use our telephony staff permanently, just for holiday breaks or as an overflow service, they will always be there to answer your calls.

Reception Service

Each customer receives personal treatment from our telephony staff who act as your Personal Assistants, we are not a Call Centre and you will not be treated like one. Your PA can perform any of the following for you:

  • Handle sales and recruitment calls for you.
  • Patch calls through to you live on any number
  • Take messages, pass them on via voicemail, fax, email or SMS

Brochure/Literature Request Line

If you require a brochure request line to be answered by our telephony staff, then we can also provide a service for you. All requests can be processed or logged on a customers website or sent via email.

How Does It Work?

Our telephone and computer systems are programmed to recognise your telephone numbers. The moment a customer phones your number, our computer systems display the relevant details to all our telephony staff. Your greeting is displayed along with many other common details which the PA may need to know or give out on your behalf.

Your calls can be dealt with by taking messages or by patching your calls through to you anywhere in the world. Messages can be forwarded by SMS, email or fax. Alternatively they can be left on our Voicemail system for you to pick up at anytime day or night.
