Call Diversion How do I divert my calls to you?

The standard BT Call Diversion allows you to divert your calls to another telephone number based on conditions. You can divert all your calls to us or just those particular calls you choose not to answer. You will need to contact your telephone supplier to activate the Call Divert Service.

Most of our customers set-up ‘Divert Unanswered Calls’ and ‘Divert when Busy’ as default, leaving these diversion settings on all the time. You then have the option of also diverting ALL calls when you are totally unavailable and know you will be unable to take any calls. You then just cancel the "all call diversion" when you are ready to accept calls again.

You will be able to hear if a diversion service is active by listening to the dialling tone. Normally it is a constant tone. With a diversion service active, this tone becomes a broken tone.

The code numbers and options for diverting your telephone are below:

To divert all calls

Switch On: *21*
Check: *#21#    # = number you are diverting to
Cancel: #21#    # = number you are diverting to

To divert unanswered calls after 15 seconds

Check: *#61#    # = number you are diverting to
Cancel: #61#    # = number you are diverting to

To divert calls when engaged

Cancel: #67#    # = number you are diverting to
