Telephone Answering How do I pickup my VoiceMail messages?
You can collect your messages by simply dialling our Voicemail System and then entering your mailbox number and your access code.

No. We will only charge the message fee if it results in a message being taken. Wrong numbers and other miscellaneous calls are not charged.

Most telephone suppliers (including BT) have a Call Divert Service. For details of how to use these services to forward all calls, overflow calls or just unanswered calls, please refer to a separate FAQ.

You will be asked this when ordering the service. If you request them, then messages are taken and you are charged. Alternatively you can simply ask us to take care of your sales calls. We will simply tell the vendor you are not interested in the service or product being sold. Alternatively we can give out an email address free of charge.

Your greeting and our responses can be tailored to your needs. Our computer system is then programmed so that all operators see your scripts and answer your calls accordingly.

Do you offer telephone answering outside 9 to 5:30?
Currently we do not offer this.

What happens outside 9 to 5:30?
Outside of office hours, your customers will receive a customised greeting for your company. We can either record this greeting for you, or you can have access to alter the greeting at any time by phoning our Voicemail service.
